Here’s what our crews are working on this week, plus links to more information and to report any issues you are aware of.

Pride in Our Community improvements - week starting 9 September 2019

Road surfacing – crews are still working at Trench Lock Interchange. This is a busy interchange, so to keep disruption to a minimum, the work will be carried out overnight with road closures in place (7pm to 6am). There will be diversion signs in place and residents’ access will be maintained. More information about this and other improvement projects here

Environmental enforcement – our officers have been dealing with a scrap metal dealer who failed to produce waste transfer notes or written records relating to the collection of waste picked up in the borough.  It is important to know who’s taking your waste and that they are licenced.  You can check out the list of approved scrap dealers here.
