Aspirations set to complete two gym refurbishments in December
Telford & Wrekin Leisure Services are launching two new gym refurbishments at Oakengates Leisure Centre and Newport Swimming Pool this December.
Both sites will see a complete gym kit installation with state of the art quality and technology from Pulse Fitness. Pulse have designed both sites to provide a bespoke solution and layout, maximising on space and a variety of cardio and strength training stations.
Oakengates Leisure Centre is set to have 28 cardio stations and 17 spin bikes, 11 strength stations and 3 free weight stations including a half rack, preacher curl bench and smith machine.
Both sites will also see exciting changes to their functional fitness areas, Pulse Fitness will be installing functional rigs to support small group training sessions. Several sides of the functional rig have been designed to attach gym accessories, this will enable members the freedom to mix up functional training sessions with resistance too.
Newport Swimming Pool will also get 21 cardio stations and 10 strength stations, with 2 free weight stations including a preacher curl bench and smith machine. The gym will also have 3 new adjustable benches and 1 abdominal decline bench.
The gym refurbishments across both sites will be staggered, Oakengates Leisure Centre and Newport Swimming Pool are due to start and finish in December, with an estimated completion date of Wednesday 11 December.
