Ironbridge Open for Business
The flood barriers along the Wharfage in Ironbridge are due to come down later today, while the town remains very much open for business.
The barriers were put up on Sunday 17 March, with the Severn peaking in Ironbridge on 19 March. The barriers will start to be taken down late on Tuesday 19 March with the Wharfage expected reopen later on Tuesday afternoon.
While the barriers are up all businesses along the Wharfage remain open and are accessible on foot.
