Aspirations host free Superfitness weekend in January
Abraham Darby Sports and Leisure Centre and Oakengates Leisure Centre will both be hosting a free Superfitness weekend on the 12 and 13 January.
Opening their doors to non-members and members, the Aspirations free Superfitness weekend will be celebrating the new release launch of Les Mills classes.
Set to be bigger and better than ever before, Abraham Darby Sports and Leisure Centre will be kick starting the weekend on the 12 January with eight new classes from 8.30am.
Delivering two Body Step taster sessions at Abraham Darby Sports and Leisure Centre on Saturday 12 January will be guest Les Mills Tribe Coach, Nikki Tadman.
The next installment of the Superfitness weekend will be held at Oakengates Leisure Centre on the 13 January with six new Les Mills classes running from 9am.
The Aspirations team are pleased to announce Dave Cross will be joining them, a Les Mills Master presenter who will delivering Grit Cardio, Body Combat and Body Attack.
Both days are free to attend for members and non-members, online pre booking is necessary to secure your space.
