Street food festival at Southwater this weekend
A street food festival selling an eclectic mix of quality produce is taking place in Telford’s Southwater development this weekend.
It will be located at the junction of Southwater One and Telford Shopping Centre and trading times will be 10.30am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday but will continue later if weather permits.
Produce that will be for sale includes wood fired pizza, Indian street food, authentic German bratwurst sausage, gourmet burgers, donuts, pulled por, sweet bubble waffles and vegan items as well as a bar with beers, gins and cocktails.
Andy Burnett, of Retail Alternatives who are organising the festival, said: “We are expecting a high quality festival with a relaxed atmosphere so I hope lots of people will come along to support the first event of its kind in Telford.”
