Road lining – road lining crews will be working in Ketley on a find and fix basis.

Signing – crews are working in Madeley.

Potholes fixers – ‘Find it Fix it’ crews are filling potholes that have been reported to us. Please report any you spot here or via the Everyday Telford app.

Street lighting – this week our crews are working on upgrading street lights in
Hadley and Leegomery, Oakengates, Ketley and Jackfield. If you have a question about street lighting, please email streetlighting@telford.gov.uk.

Advance notice of upcoming work in Hollies Road and surrounding area in Wellington – work due to start on 17 Sept, and will include: the reconstruction/resurfacing of all roads and footpaths along Hollies Road, Orleton Lane, Cranage Crescent and Steventon Road with kerb replacements where needed. Signs and ironwork in these streets will be replaced and the existing traffic calming measures on Hollies Road and Orleton Lane will be upgraded.  A permanent weight restriction for through traffic on Hollies Road and Orleton Lane will be imposed to stop HGV traffic using them as a cut through. Spring Hill will also be resurfaced between the roundabout and the Orleton Lane junction. All work should be completed by mid-December.  Temporary road closures will need to be in place to deliver the improvements, but these will be phased in order to keep disruption to local residents and businesses to a minimum. More on the project and contact details for the team here.
