The event will be held on Wednesday 22 August at the St George’s and Priorslee Parish Council offices at The Parish Centre, Grove Street, St George’s, Telford TF2 9LJ between 3.30pm and 7pm.

The consultation will be used to gauge views on the proposals prior to the submission of a detailed planning application towards the end of August.

Councillor Lee Carter, Telford & Wrekin Council’s cabinet member for Finance and Commercial Services, said: “We were delighted at the response of Snedshill Phase 1 earlier this year. All 39 homes were reserved in just a few weeks making it Nuplace’s fastest site yet to become pre-let.  This highlighted the demand for quality private homes to rent in Snedshill and we are excited to be able to offer residents even more properties to choose from.

“This promises to be another excellent development for St George’s and I would encourage the community to come and see what we have planned.”
