Merry Christmas! Office opening/closures
All main council offices will be closed from Saturday 23 December-Wednesday 27 December. We will be open as normal on Thursday 28 and Friday 29 December and closed again from Saturday 30 December to Monday 1 January. Normal hours resume from Tuesday 2 January.
Both our recycling centres open 362 days of the year and will be closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
The Register Office in Wellington is closed form Saturday 23 December to Tuesday 26 December.
All libraries are closed from Christmas Eve till Wednesday 27 December.
In the Town Park, the Visitors Centre, Adventure Golf and Waterplay are closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Wednesday 27 December as well as New Year’s Day.
