Come and look round a Nuplace property
Prospective tenants looking for a brand new rental home are being invited to book a slot at Nuplace’s Open House on Saturday (18 November).
The event is an exclusive opportunity for people to come and take a look around one of our new Nuplace homes - the Weston.
The 2 bed Weston is one of our most popular house types across the Nuplace developments, with availability at The Oaklands in Dawley, Miners’ Walk in Madeley and Blossom Walk in Hadley.
There are a very limited number of Weston homes with availability to move into before Christmas.
Appointments are limited and must be booked – first come, first served. Anyone who wishes to book an appointment, should call 01952 384222.
There will be an opportunity to reserve a plot on the day for £200 (card payments only).
Appointments will be dependent on an affordability check and are for new tenants only.
Councillor Shaun Davies, Telford & Wrekin Council’s leader, said: “This is a great opportunity for people looking to rent a new home to see first-hand the quality of property that Nuplace is offering and I am sure there will be lots of interest.”
Councillor Richard Overton, cabinet member for housing, said: “Nuplace was established as a commercial company set up to develop and manage a programme of market rental properties.
“It has the aim of supporting social and economic regeneration, addressing a shortfall in providing quality homes in the rental market and generating revenue to protect frontline council services.
“Nuplace developments across the borough are already offering quality homes to more than 200 tenants.”
