Nuplace to consult on St George’s site

Nuplace is to hold a public consultation event to showcase its proposals for the development of 39 homes at a new site off Snedshill Way, St Georges.

The event will be held on Thursday 10 August at the St George’s and Priorslee Parish Council offices at The Parish Centre, Grove Street, St George’s, Telford TF2 9LJ between 3-7pm.

The consultation will be used to gauge views on the proposals prior to the submission of a detailed planning application towards the end of August.

The range of two, three and four bedroom homes will be built by Nuplace’s development partner Lovell and made available for rent.

Councillor Lee Carter, Telford & Wrekin Council’s cabinet member for Finance and Commercial Services, said: “This promises to be an excellent development for St George’s and I would encourage the community to come and see what we have planned.”
