Telford & Wrekin Council takes a bold step towards climate action with the approval of a supplementary planning document (SPD) giving developer’s clear guidance on climate change. The climate change guidance for developers SPD builds upon and complements the existing policies in the Telford and Wrekin local plan and national building regulations concerning climate change. It provides applicants with clear guidelines on how to incorporate climate change mitigation and adaptation measures into their development proposals.
