Park and ride back to original Jiggers Bank location from this weekend
Ironbridge park and ride service returns to its original location following the closure of the Covid-19 testing centre from this weekend. (Saturday, July 9)
The £1 hop-on hop-off servicewill run every 15 minutes and is operated by Telford & Wrekin Council inpartnership with Arriva.
Passengers can board the fullyaccessible service from any stop along the route which travels in a clockwisedirection from the car park at the top of Jigger’s Bank towards Coalbrookdale,then onto the Gorge Visitor Centre, past the Ironbridge, the old Police stationon Waterloo Road, Jackfield Tile Museum, Coalport China Museum, Blists HillVictorian Town, Madeley High Street and then back to Jiggers Bank.
The service will run everySaturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday from this weekend (Saturday, July 9) until Sunday,October 2.
A modified timetable will run on July, Saturday 9/10, as theservice will support the Ironbridge Brass Band Festival. The timetable willrevert to normal from Saturday, July 16.
