Win a year of theatre!
Telford & Wrekin Council is seeking the views of theatre lovers, residents and borough visitors alike on a consultation to develop The Place, Oakengates’ theatre with a theatre ticket prize for one lucky entrant.
The council has launched an online survey to gather feedback about The Place and its surrounding area. People aged over 16 are encouraged to have their say by completing the survey online. Whether you regularly visit The Place or have never been before, all feedback is valuable in developing the environment and the offer of the theatre.
Cabinet Member for Climate Change, Green Spaces, Natural and Historic Environment and Cultural Services (Lab), Councillor Carolyn Healy said: “As a council we are very proud to run our own theatre that brings nationally renowned acts to the borough.
“We are always looking for ways to improve our services for those who use them, and that is why we are keen to hear what people think of The Place. This survey will shape the future of the Arts in Telford, and every opinion matters!”
By taking part in the survey, users will also be given the opportunity to win a gift voucher for a Year of Theatre and see shows across the 2022/23 performances! This voucher will enable the winner to see how their feedback has impacted the future of the theatre.
The survey is accessible through The Place website or by clicking here.
The survey is live now, until Monday 6 June at 11:59pm. Full terms and conditions to the prize draw can be found at www.theplacetelford.com/theplacesurvey.
