Nuplace, which now has 9 completed developments in the borough, has an excellent reputation for providing high quality homes for rent with 97%* of tenants saying they would recommend Nuplace to their family or friends.

Around 1,000 people live in Nuplace homes around Telford and Wrekin including brand new specialist and adaptable homes at Dothill.

Tenants have already moved in to all 37 properties at Snedshill and there are just 3 plots now remaining in Dothill.

Midlands’ landlord whg who have a further 39 homes on site at Rowan View in Snedshill are due to complete their homes in May.

Current Nuplace tenant Jayde who recently moved into a 3 bedroom home said:  “As soon as I knew Nuplace were building brand new homes in the Dothill area I knew this was the area for us. I couldn’t wait to reserve a plot off plan and know we had secured our new home.

“What attracted us most to Nuplace was the sense of security. It doesn’t feel like a landlord owns my home - this feels like ours.

“As soon as the development launched it was clear that there were options for everyone - from the apartments to larger detached homes. In the end we decided on a 3 bed house with a garage. Myself and my husband run a local family business so it was important that we had a plot with a garage for storage.

“Our experience of Nuplace has been amazing. Reserving off plan has meant I have had lots of questions about the property but nothing has ever been too much trouble”

With Nuplace’s next development on the horizon at Southwater Way, anyone who is looking to rent a Nuplace home won’t have too long to wait. This development will feature 46, one, two, three and four bedroom homes for a mixture of private and affordable rent.

Councillor David Wright, Cabinet Member for Economy, Housing, Transport & Infrastructure said: “We are delighted at the recent feedback from tenants - a 97% recommendation rate is outstanding and clearly reflects the high standards we aspire to in terms of property and tenancy management.

“Nuplace’s ambition is to support social and economic regeneration, meeting a need for quality homes in the rental market. We are now concentrating our efforts on the next phase to give more residents the opportunity to rent quality new homes in great locations around Telford and Wrekin.
