Rent prices announced for Nuplace’s seventh site in Snedshill

Telford & Wrekin Council’s wholly owned company Nuplace Ltd, has released details of its next development in Snedshill.

Rent prices announced for Nuplace’s seventh site in Snedshill

Coppice Court will feature 39 two, three and four bedroom homes including six affordable homes for rent which will all be built by Nuplace’s development partner Lovell.

Properties can be reserved now and will be ready for tenants to move into from early 2019. House images, rent prices, floor plans and the site map are all available online at www.nuplace.co.uk

To coincide with the development, children from St George’s Primary School took part in an artwork competition which saw them designing their dream home. Lily Ann France’s design was chosen as the winner and she won a family pass to Telford Ice Rink. Her artwork will be printed on the hoarding on the outside of the new development.
Head teacher Mr Tyas said: “The children loved this competition – it has been a great opportunity for us to get creative while getting involved with a local project. A big well done to our winner Lily Ann - we can’t wait to visit the site once the hoarding is up to see her artwork on display.”
Councillor Richard Overton, Deputy Leader & Cabinet Member for Housing & Enforcement said: “We’re delighted that Nuplace has been able to develop more houses for private and affordable rent. Coppice Court is the seventh Nuplace site to be brought forward and once completed it will mean Nuplace has built over 300 brand new homes for rent in Telford.”

Applications can be made online at nuplace.co.uk or for further information call 01952 384222.

The six affordable homes at this development are Weston property types and will be subject to our affordable rents policy. These homes are for those who are unable to afford a property at full market rent and as such, a limit on the maximum amount of annual household income will be part of the criteria for applying.
