Phoenix Sports and Leisure Centre win Customer Satisfaction award
Telford & Wrekin’s Leisure team has won a prestigious award from the National Benchmarking Service for Sports and Leisure Centre's this week.
The team claimed top prize when Phoenix Sports and Leisure Centre was awarded winner of the Customer Satisfaction Award for 2017.
The NBS award goes to the site that achieved the highest score for customer satisfaction from a series of performance indicators. The criteria includes the results from customer surveys carried out on site and an analysis of how the site is performing against Sport England KPI’s in terms of usage and performance.
Telford & Wrekin were in competition with 183 facilities from all over the UK before winning the customer satisfaction award.
Phoenix Sports and Leisure Centre forms part of the wider Aspirations health and fitness offer. The award highlights the overall performance of the facility against National Benchmarking Service indicators.

The award speaks volumes about what Aspirations customers, partners and stakeholders think about the facility and how it operates.
