Telford Ice Rink set for acoustic 2-4-1 skate this Valentine’s
Telford Ice Rink are hosting a unique acoustic performance on ice this Valentine’s day.
Singer and songwriter, Joe Seager will be performing from 6pm at the rink on 14 February. With over 15 years’ experience with live performing, Joe will be singing a mixture of acoustic classics old and new.
Telford Ice Rink are offering 2-4-1 entry for this skating session which starts at 17.15 - you don’t have to bring your dream date! Friends, family and couples, of course, are welcome for this mellow skate.
Joe Seager, said: “What a super idea… Live music whilst skating to celebrate Valentine’s Day! It’s set to be a great night, I’ll be playing a complete mix.
“I’m always open to requests, so if you have a special song make that request and we’ll see what we can do.”
Councillor John Minor, Cabinet Member for Leisure, Green Spaces and Parks, said: “The team at Telford Ice Rink are excited to host something different than the usual skating session this Valentine’s Day. The 2-4-1 entry is a great offer for everyone!”
The Valentine’s Day acoustic skate starts at 17:15 and ends 20:00 on 14 February, Joe Seager will be playing from 18:00.
