Wellington Civic & Leisure Centre hosts free Superfitness weekend
Wellington Civic & Leisure Centre are opening their doors to Aspirations members and non-members on the 30 September and 1 October for a free Superfitness weekend.
In light of the new development at the Centre, the Les Mills new release launch is set to be bigger and better than ever before.
The Superfitness weekend will be a mix of new music and routines for Body Attack, Sh'bam, Body Combat, Body Pump and Body Balance; with classes taking place inside the brand new fitness studio.
Les Mills master instructor Laura Sones will be joining the Aspirations team at the weekend for the new release launch of RPM and Sprint. Equipped with 19 new spin bikes, the state of the art indoor cycling studio will be open to experience master instructor led classes.
The Superfitness weekend is free and open to Aspirations members and non-members - a chance to try the new facility and classes out. Places can be booked directly with the Centre on 01952 382720.
Councillor John Minor, Cabinet Member for Leisure, Green Spaces and Parks, said: “The team at Wellington Civic & Leisure Centre are thrilled to be launching the new Les Mills music and routines, and are constantly improving the Aspirations health and fitness offer.
We can expect a refreshed class programme with updated routines, and even some additions to the timetable such as Sh’Bam.
I look forward to the public and Aspirations members experiencing the launch of Les Mills classes this weekend.”
