Healthwatch Telford and Wrekin survey
Healthwatch Telford and Wrekin is the local consumer champion and acts as the voice of both patients and the public.
All councils must make arrangements to establish and maintain a local Healthwatch organisation in their area. Healthwatch Telford and Wrekin has been in place since 2013 and the current arrangement ends in March 2018.
We have put together a simple survey to help inform what the future Healthwatch will look like. Your feedback will help Healthwatch to represent local and diverse communities, tackle inequalities, effectively gather and use people’s views and experiences and influence how health and social care services are planned and managed.
