Council to sell five assets
Telford & Wrekin Council is set to sell four of its buildings which it no longer needs for operational purposes, as well as a redundant piece of land

The Council’s Asset Management Plan reviews property holdings on an ongoing basis and all five of the assets identified are surplus to requirements.
They are Willow Court in Donnington, 74 King Street in Dawley, Strickland House in Wellington, 30 West Road in Wellington and land at Snedshill.
The land at Snedshill includes an area that was used as a temporary gypsy and traveler site but that has ended and it can now be brought forward for development.
The council’s Cabinet meeting on June 16 is being asked to approve the sale of the five assets.
