Basic IT skills sessions available for beginners
Telford and Wrekin residents who want to learn the basics on a computer or improve their IT skills can take advantage of up to six hours free one to one help at four borough libraries.

The sessions are ideal for anyone who needs help using a mouse and keyboard, saving to files and folders, surfing the internet, emailing and finding their way around computer icons.
They are available at Southwater, Wellington, Newport and Madeley libraries and sessions can be arranged to suit people’s diaries.
Councillor Liz Clare, Telford & Wrekin Council’s cabinet member for Libraries, said: “These sessions offer people a helping hand to improve basic IT skills and are completely free of charge. It’s a great opportunity for anyone who doesn’t have the knowledge or confidence to use technology to brush up on their skills.
“Don’t forget – everybody was an IT beginner once!”
