The Legend of King Arthur
Popular theatre group Oddsocks are heading out on tour with their latest production The Legend of King Arthur, and Oakengates Theatre @ The Place is lucky to be hosting one of the tour dates.

On Sunday 24 January the stage will be brought to life with a tale of magic, music and mirth as ‘the boy who would be king’ pulls the sword from the stone.
The audience can cheer for a favourite jousting knight of the round table, admire the gusty Lady Guinevere as she reveals her strength and skills, gasp at the magic Merlin as he controls the twists and turns of this classic English legend.
It’s sure to be an exciting, interactive and action-packed winter treat for all the family.
Oddsocks Productions is a theatrical exoerience for everyone. The group’s inclusive approach means that communities across the UK are able to engage with Oddsocks Productions. The group aims to tell good stories in a fun, informative way; gently challenging people’s perceptions and the way in which they react to theatre.
