Nuplace to hold public event to promote new homes
Nuplace is holding a public event on Saturday 14 November to promote the new houses that are being built for the private rental sector.

The event takes place at Southwater One between 10am and 2pm. Nuplace representatives will be on hand to talk about the new house plans, rental prices, artists’ impressions and application process – all of which are now on the Nuplace website www.nuplace.co.uk
The first two sites being built are 101 homes at Woodland Walk in Madeley and a further 31 at Pool View in Randlay.
Foundations are already completed and brickwork has started on 80 per cent of the properties at both sites. The access road is also nearly completed at both sites, as are the drainage systems.
Woodland Walk is on the site of the former Woodlands Primary School and Pool View is the site of a former lorry park at the junction of Stirchley Avenue and Randlay Avenue near to the Town Park. Future phases of the programme are currently being worked on.
Nuplace director Jonathan Rowe said: “We have had fantastic interest from the public so far with over 30 per cent of properties already reserved and I look forward to that continuing the closer we get to the homes being completed and available to live in.”
