Unit TEN Christmas fayre
Unit TEN Horsehay, part of Telford & Wrekin Council's Inclusive training services, are hosting their Christmas fayre next Thursday (4 DEC).
Unit TEN offers disabled people the opportunity to develop work based skills and gain recognised qualifications.
The training activities offered at Unit TEN include the production of a wide range of items to include traditional rustic garden furniture, nesting boxes, bird feeders, greetings cards, jewellery, rugs, and other craft items.
There will be a wide range of these handmade items available to buy at the Christmas fayre, as well as Christmas baubles and decorations.
The Christmas fayre will be at Unit TEN, The Bridges Business Park, Bridge Road, Horsehay, Telford, TF4 3EE on Thursday 4 December between 10am–12 noon and 1–3pm.
Councillor Arnold England, cabinet member for adult social care, said: “Unit TEN offers great work based experience to local disabled people.
“The Christmas fayre is a good opportunity for people to come along and see what the people at Unit TEN have made and to buy a unique handmade Christmas decoration or gift.”
