Additional ‘VIP’ concert tickets to be released
Further ‘VIP’ concert tickets to see Boyzone and Alesha perform live in Telford Town Park later this month will be made available from Tuesday 2 June.
Just short of 200 ‘VIP’ tickets will go on sale to existing Telford Loyalty Card holders only at 9am on Tuesday 2 June, before being made available to everyone else at midday.
People are advised to buy quickly following the high demand for the first allocation of tickets which sold out in less than 24 hours.
The complete ‘VIP’ package costs £55 per person with a Telford Loyalty Card (TLC) discount. This price includes one adult ticket to see Alesha and Boyzone perform. Without a TLC the full VIP ticket price is £60.
When purchasing tickets fans can also pre-buy their drinks for the concert to save time on the day.
To upgrade to ‘VIP’ from a standard concert ticket the cost is £25 per person, for both adults and children.
The VIP marquee, which is sponsored by Telford Shopping Centre, is perfect for fans that are looking for a more luxurious concert experience with indoor and outdoor seating, an exclusive bar area and private toilet facilities.

The marquee is close to the stage, so fans can sit back and enjoy Boyzone and Alesha live on stage from their own exclusive setting.
The complete VIP package includes access to the VIP Marquee, two free glasses of wine, or soft drinks, a £5 food voucher (which can be used at the exclusive food vendor within the VIP area) a reserved car parking space at Southwater One Multi Storey Car Park ensuring a short trip to the venue, and luxury private toilet facilities.
Councillor Shaun Davies, Telford & Wrekin Council’s cabinet lead for Major Events, said: “The demand for this year’s VIP concert tickets has been phenomenal, with tickets selling out in record time. In order to avoid leaving fans disappointed, we have increased the size of the VIP setting for this year’s concert, allowing more customers the opportunity to purchase this great package.”
